Production is anchored in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province — the heart of the Yangtze River Delta manufacturing corridor, with fast logistics to Shanghai’s sea and air hubs. The plant operates 128 dedicated production and machining units — CNC coil-winding machines, diamond wire-drawing lines, automatic lathes and CNC turning centers — so coils, wire and machined components are made in-house under one quality system rather than assembled from outside sources.

Three-Stage Inspection Flow

- In-process checks — wire-drawing profile, winding geometry and coating parameters monitored through production
- Final inspection — 100% dimensional inspection of finished inserts, plus mechanical-property and surface testing, before release
Every shipment carries its inspection record; material heat numbers and batch documentation are retained for full lot traceability, aligned with AS9100D-compliant quality management resources. First article inspection (FAI) precedes first production of every new part number.
